Welcome back to my final post and for this card I have once again used the Royal Elegance Frame dies in a very understated way. This card is perfect for posting.
White cardstock, foam tape, heavy cardboard, Hero Arts Embossing and Watermark ink, spray adhesive, stamp positioner
For more ideas on creating with the 5 x 7 Decorative Dies, watch the tutorial at https://youtu.be/qdBFA5VpmSo.
Cut a piece of white cardstock 10” x 7”, score at 5” x 7” and fold to create a base card of 5” x 7”. Cut a piece of white cardstock 4 15/16” x 6 15/16” and adhere to the front of the card with a piece of 4 1/2″ x 6 1/2″ heavy cardboard.
Die cut the base die out of white cardstock using the outer plain edge die from the HCD2-7307 Royal Elegance Frames Die set and adhere to the front of the card. Die cut a decorative die from white cardstock using the outer decorative die and the inner decorative die. Add Frosting Powder using spray adhesive. Repeat with gold cardstock and adhere the white decorative die to the gold decorative die offsetting the dies to have a gold edge. Adhere to the front of the card.
Die cut the inner frame die from the HCD2-7307 Royal Elegance Frames Die set out of gold cardstock. Die cut a frame out of gold cardstock using the inner frame die and the plain edge oval die and adhere to the previously cut gold frame. Adhere this frame to the front of the card with foam tape.
Die cut the inner oval using the plain edge oval die and adhere to the centre of the frame. Die cut the middle decorative die out of gold cardstock and white cardstock. Stamp the sentiment from the HCPC-3847 Celebrate Love Sentiments Stamp set in the Hero Arts Embossing ink using a stamp positioner and heat emboss with gold embossing powder. Adhere the white decorative die to the gold decorative die and slightly offset the dies to have a gold edge and adhere to the centre of the white oval. Die cut the inner decorative die from the HCD2-7307 Royal Elegance Frames Die set out of gold cardstock and adhere to the front framing the sentiment.
