I am so excited as today is the day we reveal the new decorative dies from Heartfelt Creations and I have 2 cards for you today. These are such beautiful dies and they are so easy to use. You can see more from the Design Team here:
I do love making white on white cards with a pop of colour and the Eyelet Lace Frames die is such a beautiful lacy die and it pairs really well with the Eyelet Rectangle and Basics die set as well.
Cut a piece of white cardstock at 10” x 7”, score at 5” along the long side to create a base card of 7” x 5”. Die cut the decorative die from the HCD2-7192 Eyelet Lace Frames in white cardstock and adhere to the base card. Then die cut the largest eyelet rectangle from the HCD2-7189 Eyelet Rectangles die set and adhere to the front of the card with foam tape. Die cut the next size down plain rectangle in white cardstock and adhere to the top of the eyelet rectangle. Then die cut the smaller eyelet rectangle in white cardstock and adhere to the top of the previous die cut rectangles. Finally die cut the next size plain rectangle in white cardstock. Stamp the image from the HCPC-3804 Heartfelt Love Sentiments stamp in Versamark ink on the right side of the rectangle and heat emboss with gold embossing powder. Adhere to the top as shown.
Stamp the wedding bell image from the HCPC-3789 Classic Wedding Bells Stamp in Versamark ink on the Bristol Smooth paper and heat emboss with the gold embossing powder and die cut with the coordinating die. Colour in with the Zig Clean Colour Brush markers and adhere to the left of the rectangles. Add Crystal Clear with a damp sponge on the flowers, leaves and ribbons.
Stamp the images from the HCPC-3752 Classic Rose Stamp in Vibrant Fuchsia ink on white cardstock. Colour with Buttercup and Rose Madder inks and die cut with the coordinating dies. Shape and assemble the roses and adhere to the bell as shown. Add Crystal Clear to the roses with Dries Clear glue.
Stamp the dandelion images from the HCPC-3811 Rainboots and Blossoms Stamp in Fern Green ink on white cardstock, colour in with Lime Pastel ink and die cut with the coordinating die. Add the crystal beads to the heads and add some Crystal Clear with Dries Clear glue on a damp sponge. Trim and adhere around the top of the image as shown.
To complete the card, add pearls to the decorative die and on the front of the rectangles as shown.
My second card is another white on white card with some beautiful lavender lilacs that pop on the white background. This time I have embossed the die instead of die cutting it.
Cut a piece of white cardstock at 10” x 7”, score at 5” along the long side and fold to make a base card of 5” x 7”. Die cut the border die from the HCD2-7191 Intricate and Swirls Frames Die set out of white cardstock and adhere to the front of the card. Cut a piece of white cardstock 3 ¼” x 5 ¼” and emboss using the inner lace edge die. Adhere to the front of the card with foam tape.
Stamp the large floral image from the HCPC-3816 Lush Lilac Stamp in Bamboo Leaves and Lavender inks on white cardstock. Colour the images with Bamboo Leaves ink for the leaves and Pretty Petunia ink for the flower and die cut with the coordinating die. Shape lightly and adhere to the front of the card.
Stamp the lilac images from the HCPC-3816 Lush Lilac Stamp in Lavender ink on white cardstock. Colour with lavender ink and die cut with the coordinating die. Shape using the Lush Lilac shaping mold, allow to dry and adhere to the front of the flower as shown. Add Crystal Clear glitter to the flowers with a damp sponge. Finish the flowers with Itty Bitty Sparkles in the centre.
Die cut the tag from the HCD1-745 Luggage and Tag Die set from the patterned paper, shape lightly and adhere to the base of the flower.
To finish, add the light purple bow to the base of the flower.
I hope that you have a lot of fun with these new beautiful dies.

Today I have a card that has taken some time to make as I was looking for the right embellishments on it. This is a gatefold card that was inspired by Emma Lou Beechy from Heartfelt Creations when the Heartfelt Love collection was released last November. I have embellished the card with Arianna Blooms and Wildwood Floral flowers and the leaves are from the Classic Leaf stamp and die set. I have used iCraft flower making cardstock which is amazing to use for creating flowers and even making leaves. I love the Ranger Archival inks and have used them to colour all the embellishments here.
I hope you have enjoyed this card. Watch out for another beautiful Butterfly Dreams card on Wednesday.
