Today I am sharing another card made with the gorgeous Calla Lily collection.  The flowers are so beautiful and easy to make while the images and paper are just stunning.

Instructions: 

Cut a piece of white cardstock 10” x 7”, score at 5” along the long side and fold to create a base card of 5” x 7”. Cut a piece of patterned paper 5” x 7” and adhere to the card front. Die cut two decorative dies from the HCD1-7192 Eyelet Lace Frame Die set out of white cardstock and adhere together. Add Frosting Powder to the decorative die using spray adhesive. Adhere to the card front using foam tape.

Stamp the flower and leaf images from the HCPC-3898 Feathery Swan Cling Stamp Set and HCPC-3899 Swan Lake Cling Stamp Set in Jet Black ink on Iris cardstock. Colour the images with Zig Clean Colour Brush Markers and die cut with the coordinating dies. Shape and add Crystal Clear glitter using Dries Clear glue on a dry sponge. Adhere to the centre of the decorative die.

Stamp the leaf images from the HCPC-3897 Calla Lily Stamp Set in Fern Green ink on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper. Colour with Leaf Green ink and die cut with the coordinating die. Shape using the coordinating mold, add Crystal Clear glitter using Dries Clear glue on a damp sponge and adhere to the front of the card.

Stamp the calla lily images from the HCPC-3897 Calla Lily Stamp Set in Sunflower ink on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper. Colour the tips and ends with Sunflower ink and the base with Buttercup ink and die cut with the coordinating die. Shape using the coordinating mold and add the yellow stamens. Add Crystal Clear glitter with Dries Clear glue on a damp sponge, trim the wires and nestle between the leaves.

Stamp the swan with baby cygnets’ image from the HCPC-3899 Swan Lake Cling Stamp Set using Jet Black ink on Iris cardstock. Colour with Zig Clean Colour Brush Markers and die cut with the coordinating die. Add Sparkling Dust using Dries Clear glue on a dry sponge, shape and adhere to the bottom of the card as shown with foam tape.

Die cut the small tag out of the paper collection using the coordinating die from the HCD1-7201 Ticket & Tags Die set and adhere to the top of the card as shown. To finish, add pearls to the tag and to the decorative die.

Let’s Celebrate

Welcome back and today I am sharing a card made using some gorgeous dies and flowers from Heartfelt Creations.

I have mixed the new Rounded Lattice Dies from the Black Friday 2019 release with the Swirly Border and Accents die for a lovely wedding card or for any celebration.  I have added a Flowering Dogwood with some Oakberry Lane Blossoms to finish this card.

I hope that I have inspired you to use your dies more creatively.

Instructions: 

Cut a piece of white cardstock 10” x 7”, score at 5” and fold to create a base card 5” x 7”. Cut a piece of patterned paper 4 15/16” x 6 15/16”. Using the middle plain edge die from the HCD1-7248 Regal Frame & Accents Die set die cut the middle out. Die cut the outer decorative die with the centre die cut from the HCD1-7248 Regal Frame & Accents Die set out of white cardstock. Sponge with Leaf Green ink and add Frosting Powder using spray adhesive. Adhere to the front of the paper. Adhere the paper to the front of the card using foam tape. Die cut the inner lattice die out of white cardstock, sponge with Leaf Green ink and add Frosting Powder using spray adhesive. Adhere this frame to the front of the previously cut inner paper and then adhere to the centre recess as shown.

Stamp the flower and leaf images from the HCPC-3898 Feathery Swan Cling Stamp Set and HCPC-3899 Swan Lake Cling Stamp Set in Jet Black ink on Iris cardstock. Colour the images with Zig Clean Colour Brush Markers and die cut with the coordinating dies. Shape and add Crystal Clear glitter using Dries Clear glue on a dry sponge. Adhere up the right side of the card as shown using foam tape.

Die cut the ticket from the paper collection using the coordinating die from the HCD1-7201 Ticket & Tags Die set and adhere to the left of the card as shown.

Stamp the swan image out of the HCPC-3898 Feathery Swan Cling Stamp Set in Jet Black ink on Iris cardstock. Colour the image with Zig Clean Colour Brush Markers and die cut with the coordinating die. Add Sparkling Dust to the image using Dries Clear on a dry sponge. Adhere to the bottom of the frame as shown with foam tape.

Welcome back for Inspiration Wednesday at Heartfelt Creations and today I have two projects for you.

I love the subtle colours of the Calla Lily Paper collection and the gorgeous swans and for my first project I have combined the two to create a card that is perfect for a wedding card.  I have used the lovely heart dies, the Sweetheart Borders die and the swans themselves to create a heart motif that any bride and groom would love in a wedding card.  Don’t you just love the gorgeous cottage in this paper?

Instructions:

 Cut a piece of white cardstock 12” x 6”, score at 6” along the long side and fold to create a base card of 6” x 6”. Cut a piece of patterned paper 6” x 6” and adhere to the front of the card. Cut a piece of yellow cardstock 5 3/4” x 5 3/4″ and the cut a piece of light green patterned paper 5 7/8” x 5 7/8” and adhere to the yellow card. Die cut the heart out of the centre of the card using the largest plain edge die from the HCD1-7162 Eyelet Hearts Die. Die cut a heart frame out of white cardstock using the largest eyelet heart die and the largest plain edge die from the HCD1-7162 Eyelet Hearts Die set. Add Frosting Powder to the frame using adhesive spray and adhere to the previously cut heart. Die cut another smaller eyelet heart frame out of white cardstock using the second largest eyelet heart die and the largest plain edge die from the HCD1-7162 Eyelet Hearts Die set. Add Frosting Powder using spray adhesive to the frame and then adhere to the bigger heart frame. Adhere this panel to the card front with foam tape. Die cut the cottage image out of a 6” x 6” panel and add Diamond glitter to the image before adding to the heart aperture.

Stamp the leaf images from the HCPC-3898 Feathery Swan Cling Stamp Set in Jet Black ink on Iris Cardstock. Colour the images with Zig Clean Colour Brush Markers and die cut with the coordinating dies. Shape and add Crystal Clear glitter using Dries Clear glue on a dry sponge. Adhere to the sides of the heart.

Die cut the decorative die from the HCD1-7161 Sweetheart Borders Die set out of white cardstock. Add Frosting Powder with spray adhesive and adhere to the bottom of the top layer.

Stamp the swans from the HCPC-3898 Feathery Swan Cling Stamp Set in Jet Black ink on Iris cardstock. Colour the images with Zig Clean Colour Brush Markers and die cut with the coordinating die. Add Sparkling Dust to the swans and then adhere to the front of the decorative die and leaves.

Stamp the swan with calla lily flowers and leaves from the HCPC-3899 Swan Lake Cling Stamp Set in Jet Black ink on Iris cardstock. Colour the image with Zig Clean Colour Brush Markers and die cut with the coordinating die. Shape the calla lily flowers and leaves images and add Crystal Clear glitter using Dries Clear glue on a dry sponge. Adhere to either side of the swans as shown.

Trim the sentiment from the paper collection and mat with patterned paper from the paper collection and adhere to the front of the card as shown.

Cut a piece of yellow cardstock 5 15/16” x 5 15/16” and adhere to the inside of the card. Cut a piece of checked paper 5 3/4” x 5 3/4″ and adhere to the inside over the yellow card.

To finish, add Diamond glitter to the front of the card with Dries Clear glue.

Instructions: 

Cut a piece of white cardstock 10” x 7”, score at 5” along the long side and fold to create a base card 5” x 7”. Cut a piece of patterned paper 5” x 7”, sponge the edge with Sunflower ink and adhere to the front of the card. Die cut the outer decorative die from the HCD1-7261 Booklet Frame Dies out of white cardstock. Add Frosting Powder to the decorative edge with Dries Clear glue on a damp sponge and adhere to the card front. Die cut the next page using the largest die from the HCD1-7260 Booklet Basics Die set out of green patterned paper, sponge the edge with Sunflower ink and adhere to the front of the decorative die. Die cut the middle decorative die from the HCD1-7261 Booklet Frame Dies out of white cardstock. Add Frosting Powder to the decorative edge with Dries Clear glue on a damp sponge and adhere to the front of the green patterned paper. Die cut the next page using the third largest die from the HCD1-7260 Booklet Basics Die set out of green patterned paper, sponge the edge with Sunflower ink and adhere to the front of the decorative die.

Stamp the sentiment from the HCPC-3848 Cheerful Note Sentiment Stamp set in Versamark ink on white cardstock and heat emboss with gold embossing powder. Die cut this out with the fourth largest plain die from the HCD1-7260 Booklet Basics Die set and adhere to the front of the card.

Die cut the bookmark out of white cardstock and adhere down the middle of book as shown.

Stamp the leaf images from the HCPC-3897 Calla Lily Stamp Set in Fern Green ink on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper. Colour with Leaf Green ink and die cut with the coordinating die. Shape using the coordinating mold, add Crystal Clear glitter using Dries Clear glue on a damp sponge and adhere to the right side of the book.

Stamp the leaf images from the HCPC-3897 Calla Lily Stamp Set in Fern Green ink on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper. Colour with Leaf Green ink and die cut with the coordinating die. Shape using the coordinating mold, add Crystal Clear glitter using Dries Clear glue on a damp sponge and adhere to the right side of the book.

Add a white satin bow to the base of the flowers.

Introducing the Calla Lily Collection from Heartfelt Creations.

Welcome back and today I am excited with the debut of the gorgeous Calla Lily collection from Heartfelt Creations.  This is such a beautiful collection and the swan images are just perfect for wedding cards.  I had so much fun colouring these images.

Click here to view more photos of this project. Front Flaps: Die cut two semi-circles from light weight vellum. Die cut two lattice semi-circles with the eyelet edge from the HCD1-7274 Rounded Lattice Window Die set out of white cardstock. Spray with spray adhesive and add Frosting Powder. Adhere the vellum to the back of the die cuts and adhere to the two side flaps. Die cut four inner and outer hinges from the HCD1-7285 Window Hinges Die set out of white cardstock and adhere together. Add Frosting Powder to the hinges and then adhere to each side at the joins of the decorative die.

Top and Bottom Flaps: Die cut two semi-circles from light weight vellum. Die cut two lattice semi-circles rom the HCD1-7274 Rounded Lattice Window Die set with the eyelet edge out of white cardstock. Spray with spray adhesive and add Frosting Powder. Adhere the vellum to the back of the die cuts and adhere to the two flaps.

Top Flap: Stamp the leaf images from the HCPC-3898 Feathery Swan Cling Stamp Set in Jet Black ink on Iris Cardstock. Colour the images with Zig Clean Colour Brush Markers and die cut with the coordinating dies. Shape and add Crystal Clear glitter using Dries Clear glue on a dry sponge. Adhere to the upper flap.

Bottom Flap: Stamp two lily sprays from the HCPC-3898 Feathery Swan Cling Stamp set out of Jet Black ink on Iris cardstock. Colour with Zig Clean Colour Brush Markers and die cut with the coordinating dies. Add Crystal Clear glitter to the flowers, trim and adhere to the right and left bottom of the flap. Stamp the swans from the HCPC-3898 Feathery Swan Cling Stamp Set in Jet Black ink on Iris cardstock. Colour the images with Zig Clean Colour Brush Markers and die cut with the coordinating die. Add Sparkling Dust to the swans and then adhere to the bottom flap over the flowers.

Stamp the swans from the HCPC-3898 Feathery Swan Cling Stamp Set in Jet Black ink on Iris cardstock. Colour the images with Zig Clean Colour Brush Markers and die cut with the coordinating die. Add Sparkling Dust to the swans and then adhere to the bottom flap over the flowers.

Inside flaps – side: Die cut two semi-circles from light weight vellum. Die cut two lattice semi-circles with the eyelet edge from the HCD1-7274 Rounded Lattice Window Die set out of white cardstock. Spray with spray adhesive and add Frosting Powder. Adhere the vellum to the back of the die cuts and adhere to the two flaps. Stamp the leaf images from the HCPC-3898 Feathery Swan Cling Stamp Set in Jet Black ink on Iris Cardstock. Colour the images with Zig Clean Colour Brush Markers and die cut with the coordinating dies. Shape and add Crystal Clear glitter using Dries Clear glue on a dry sponge and add to the side flaps.

Inside Flaps – top and bottom: Die cut two semi-circles from light weight vellum. Die cut two lattice semi-circles with the eyelet edge from the HCD1-7274 Rounded Lattice Window Die set out of white cardstock. Spray with spray adhesive and add Frosting Powder. Adhere the vellum to the back of the die cuts and adhere to the two flaps. Stamp the leaf images from the HCPC-3898 Feathery Swan Cling Stamp Set in Jet Black ink on Iris Cardstock. Colour the images with Zig Clean Colour Brush Markers and die cut with the coordinating dies. Shape and add Crystal Clear glitter using Dries Clear glue on a dry sponge. Adhere to the top and bottom flaps.

Back: Cut a piece of white cardstock 5 15/16” x 5 15/16” and adhere to the back. Die cut 4 corners from the HCD1-7202 Album Tags & Accents Die set out of white cardstock. Add Frosting Powder using Dries Clear glue on a damp sponge and adhere to the four corners. Die cut the outer decorative die from the HCD1-7271 Rounded Window Frame Die set from white cardstock. Add Frosting Powder to the decorative edge with Dries Clear glue on a damp sponge and adhere to the centre of the back. Die cut the eyelet edge die from the HCD1-7154 Eyelet Circles & Basics Die – Small set out of white cardstock and adhere to the centre of the decorative die. Die cut a circle out of white cardstock using the largest die from the HCD1-7155 Circle & Basics Die – Large set and emboss with the Swiss Dots embossing folder before adhering to the centre of the decorative circle.

Stamp the swan image from the HCPC-3899 Swan Lake Cling Stamp Set in Jet Black ink on Iris cardstock. Colour with Zig Clean Colour Brush Markers and die cut with the coordinating die. Add Sparkling Dust to the image with Dries Clear glue on a dry sponge and adhere to the centre of the decorative dies. Stamp the sentiment from the HCPC-3847 Celebrate Love Sentiments Stamp set in Versamark ink on white cardstock. Heat emboss with silver embossing powder and die cut the sentiment out using the long banner die from the HCD1-7204 Arrows & Banners Die set and adhere above the swan.

Front Heart: Cut a piece of wide organza ribbon and adhere to the sides and to the right of the left flap. Die cut the eyelet heart using the largest eyelet heart die from the HCD1-7162 Eyelet Hearts Die set out of white cardstock. Die cut a heart frame out of white cardstock using the largest eyelet heart die and the largest plain edge die from the HCD1-7162 Eyelet Hearts Die set. Add Frosting Powder to the frame using adhesive spray and adhere to the previously cut heart. Die cut another smaller eyelet heart frame out of white cardstock using the second largest eyelet heart die and the largest plain edge die from the HCD1-7162 Eyelet Hearts Die set. Add Frosting Powder using spray adhesive to the frame and then adhere to the bigger heart frame. Adhere to the left front flap and glue the ribbon to the back of the heart.

Stamp the leaf images from the HCPC-3897 Calla Lily Stamp Set in White Daisy ink on vellum and heat emboss with Bridal Tinsel embossing powder. Colour on the back with Twisted Citron, Lucky Clover and Leaf Green inks and die cut with the coordinating dies. Spritz on the back with water and then shape using a golf tool. Adhere to the centre of the heart as shown.

Stamp the lily images from the HCPC-3897 Calla Lily Stamp Set in White Daisy ink on vellum and heat emboss with Bridal Tinsel embossing powder. Colour with Sunflower ink and Pure Platinum mousse on the back and die cut with the coordinating die. Spritz with water and shape using a golf tool. Assemble with the yellow stamen and a hot glue gun. Adhere over the leaves as shown.

Stamp the Best Wishes sentiment from the HCPC-3847 Celebrate Love Sentiments Stamp set in Versamark ink on white cardstock. Heat emboss with silver embossing powder and die cut the sentiment out using the circle die from the HCD1-7203 Ornamental Tags Die. Adhere to the base of the heart and add a pearl. To finish, add pearls to the hinges on the front.

Add a small magnet to the right flap.  Die cut two semi-circles from green patterned paper.  Die cut two lattice semi-circles with the eyelet edge out of white cardstock.  Sponge the edges with Pearlescent Lavender ink, spray with spray adhesive and add Frosting Powder.  Adhere the green paper to the back of the die cuts and adhere to the two side flaps.  Die cut two outer latch dies and two inner latch dies from the HCD1-7285 Window Hinges Die set out of gold cardstock.  Adhere the two inner dies together and then adhere to the outer die cut.  Adhere a magnet to the back of the lock and then adhere the second outer die to the back of the lock to cover the magnet.  Adhere the lock to the left flap.

Stamp four small lilac images from the HCPC-3817 Lush Lilac & Umbrella Stamp set in Jet Black ink on Iris card.  Colour with Zig Clean Colour Brush Markers and die cut with the coordinating die.  Add Crystal Clear glitter to the images with Dries Clear glue on a dry sponge and adhere to the front flaps with foam tape.

Stamp the lilac flower images from the HCPC-3816 Lush Lilac Stamp set in Pearlescent Lavender ink on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper.  Colour with with Lavender ink and die cut with the coordinating die.  Shape using the 3D Lilac Flower Shaping Mold and add Crystal Clear glitter using Dries Clear glue on a damp sponge.  Adhere the lilac flowers to the lilac image and add Lavender & Lace Prills to the centres.

Top and Bottom Flaps

Die cut two semi-circles from purple patterned paper.  Die cut two lattice semi-circles with the eyelet edge out of white cardstock.  Sponge the edges with Pearlescent Lavender ink, spray with spray adhesive and add Frosting Powder.  Adhere the purple paper to the back of the die cuts and adhere to the two flaps.  Stamp two large lilac sprays from the HCPC-3817 Lush Lilac & Umbrella Stamp set in Jet Black ink on Iris card.  Colour with Zig Clean Colour Brush Markers and die cut with the coordinating die.   Shape and add Crystal Clear glitter using Dries Clear glue on a dry sponge and adhere to the top and bottom flaps.

Inside flaps

Die cut two large circles from green patterned paper and two from purple patterned paper using the large circle die from HCD1-7272 Rounded Sunlight Window Die set and cut in half.  Sponge the edges with the Lavender ink and adhere the two green semi-circles to the left and right flaps and the purple semi-circles to the top and bottom flaps.  Stamp the small lilac sprays from the HCPC-3816 Lush Lilac Stamp set using Jet Black ink on Iris cardstock.  Colour with Zig Clean Colour Brush Markers and die cut with the coordinating die.  Add Crystal Clear glitter using Dries Clear glue on a dry sponge and add to the side flaps.  Add Lavender & Lace Prills to the centres of the lilacs.

Inside

Cut a 6” X 6” panel from the paper collection and sponge the edges with Lavender ink before adhering to the back of the card.  Die cut the outer decorative die from the HCD1-7271 Rounded Window Frame Die set out of white cardstock.  Sponge the edge with Lavender ink and add Frosting Powder with Dries Clear glue on a damp sponge and then adhere to the panel.  Die cut the eyelet circle from the HCD1-7154 Eyelet Circle & Basics – Small set out of white cardstock.  Sponge the edge with Lavender ink and add Crystal Clear to the edge with Dries Clear glue on a damp sponge.  Adhere to the centre of the decorative die.  Die cut the cottage image from the Lush Lilac paper collection using the largest plain edge die from the HCD1-7155 Circle Basics – Large Die set, sponge the edges with Lavender  ink and adhere to the middle of the decorative oval as shown.

Stamp the scroll image and sentiment from the HCPC-3818 Scroll & Notes Stamp set in Jet Black ink on Iris cardstock.  Colour with Zig Clean Colour Brush Markers and die cut with the coordinating die.  Add Crystal Clear glitter to the flowers using Dries Clear glue on a dry sponge.   Adhere to the bottom left of the panel and add Lavender & Lace Prills to the flower centres.

Add Ultrafine Crystal glitter to the cottage image using Dries Clear glue.

Welcome back to Inspiration Wednesday at Heartfelt Creations and today I am excited to show you my latest card featuring the new Black Friday dies.  My favourite style is layering decorative dies with some handcrafted flowers that pop on the all white base.  The new Rounded Window Frame die is just stunning and I could not resist the challenge of layering the dies together for these gorgeous vellum flowers.

Instructions: 

Cut a piece of white cardstock 12” x 6”, score at 6” along the long side and fold to create a base card of 6” x

Cut a piece of white cardstock 12” x 6”, score at 6” along the long side and fold to create a base card of 6” x 6”.  Cut a piece of white cardstock 6” x 6” and emboss using the Ornate Frames embossing folder and adhere to the front of the card. Die cut the large eyelet circle die from the HCD1-7273 Rounded Eyelet Window Die set out of white cardstock and adhere to the front of the card with foam tape.  Die cut the outer decorative die from the HCD1-7271 Rounded Window Frame Die set out of white cardstock.  Add Frosting Powder to the die using Dries Clear glue on a damp sponge and adhere to the eyelet circle.  Die cut an eyelet circle out of white cut using the eyelet circle die from the D1-7154 Eyelet Circle & Basics – Small die set.  Die cut the centre out using the third largest plain edge die from the D1-7154 Eyelet Circle & Basics – Small set.  Die cut a circle using the third largest plain edge die from the D1-7154 Eyelet Circle & Basics – Small set out of white cardstock, and then die cut the inner decorative die from the HCD1-7271 Rounded Window Frame Die set outside this circle.  Add Crystal Clear glitter using Dries Clear glue on a damp sponge and then adhere to the eyelet circle.  Adhere this to the card front with foam tape.  Die cut the inner lattice using the lattice die and the third largest die from the third largest plain edge die from the D1-7154 Eyelet Circle & Basics – Small set.  Add Frosting Powder using spray adhesive and then adhere to the centre recess.

Stamp the flower images from the HCPC-3533 Sun Kissed Fleur Cling Stamp Set in Frost White ink on the vellum and heat emboss with the white Opaque embossing powder.  Colour the flowers with Pink Flambe embellishment mousse and the leaves with Olive Pastel inks on the front of the embossed vellum.  Die cut with the coordinating die, spritz with water on the back and shape using groove golf tools.  Assemble with a hot glue gun when dry and pierce a hole in the centres of the flowers.  Insert one yellow bead stamen and light yellow rock candy stamens and set with a hot glue gun.  Add Diamond glitter to the flowers with Dries Clear glitter on a dry sponge.  Adhere the flowers and leaves around the circle as shown with a hot glue gun.

Stamp the birthday image from the HCPC-3843 Special Birthday Sentiments Stamp set in Versamark ink on white cardstock and heat emboss with gold embossing powder.  Die cut the sentiment using the third smallest arrow die from the HCD1-7204 Arrows & Banner Die set.  Trim the dove tail end and tuck under the flowers on the left.  Adhere the arrow side to the right of the decorative dies as shown.
