Amazing Paper Grace Slimline Postage Edge Hugs

I haven’t done an Amazing Paper Grace slimline card for a while and thought it was time to rectify this. I have used the Amazing Paper Grace Slimline Postage Edge Etched Dies by Becca Feeken as my base for this card and decorated it with handcrafted flowers and butterflies to highlight a gorgeous base. I was inspired by Becca Feeken’s way of using the Amazing Paper Grace Square Elegant Twist Etched Dies by Becca Feeken to create the panel in the front of the card. I so love how you can create so many looks with just one die! You can see the video I have used here: https://youtu.be/D0z4ys1ymKU

Dies were provided by Amazing Paper Grace for today’s creations.

My Project Today

My base card has been cut to be 8 1/2″ x 3 1/2″ out of white cardstock. I have cut a piece of gold cardstock 3 1/4″ x 8 1/4″ and layered it on the cardfront. I have then die cut the largest slimline postage edge die from the Amazing Paper Grace Slimline Postage Edge Etched Dies by Becca Feeken out of white cardstock and two plain edge panels – one from gold cardstock and one from white cardstock. I die cut the decorative die from the Amazing Paper Grace Splendid Trilliant Etched Dies out of the white panel and then adhered it to the front of the gold panel before adding to the card front. I then die cut two decorative dies Amazing Paper Grace Splendid Trilliant Etched Dies from white cardstock, stacked them together before adhering over the previously die cut panel. I have die cut four decorative edges using the smallest edge dies from the Amazing Paper Grace Square Elegant Twist Etched Dies by Becca Feeken. I adhered one frame over the other one by making one frame upside down to create a different decorative edge and added this to a plain background. I then layered the single frames behind this decorative panel and adhere to the front of the card as shown.

I have handcrafted the flowers from the Cinch and Go III Flowers Dies set using Flower Shaping Paper from Rajni Chawla. The leaves have been die cut from green cardstock and then added to the left of the square panels and the flowers have been added over the top of them. The small gold ferns and the ‘Hugs’ sentiment are from the Amazing Paper Grace Die of the Month – August 2022 – Peekaboo Trellis. And to finish I have added a sweet butterfly from the Amazing Paper Grace Butterfly Bliss Garden Shutters Etched Dies by Becca Feeken and some gold gems.

An Amazing Paper Grace Valentine

Kia Ora Koutou

I can now share this Valentine’s Day card that I made as the recipient has now received it. I have used a wide range of Amazing Paper Grace dies to create this beautiful pink and silver card. And as I had most of the flowers already made it did not take me very long to create and I know that the giver of this card was very happy with it.

My Project

I have made a 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ base card out of white cardstock. The embossed layer was coloured pink by adding Kitsch Flamingo ink to the Amazing Paper Grace Embossing Folder – Orange Peel and that was layered over a silver mat. I have layered a white and silver rectangle panel using dies from the Amazing Paper Grace Rectangle Elegant Twist Etched Dies. I added another layer of embossing out of white cardstock using an old Swiss Dots embossing folder.

I have die cut the heart from the Amazing Paper Grace December Die of the Month Dec 22 Sweetheart Envelope & Notecard Set in white and backed it with some beautiful pearlescent vellum and this was added to the panel on an angle. The words are from the Amazing Paper Grace Merry Everything Words Etched Dies and I have used Picked Raspberry to create the ombre effect before adding the words to the card front as shown.

To complete the card I have made flowers and leaves from the Amazing Paper Grace Petite Floral Potpourri Etched , Amazing Paper Grace Summer Labels Motifs Etched Dies and the Amazing Paper Grace Fall Labels Motifs Etched Dies and the butterflies are from the Amazing Paper Grace Butterfly Bliss Garden Shutters Etched Dies.

I have used a mix of dimensional flowers and flat flowers to create depth and dimension.

The butterflies have been made using vellum that has been coloured using Picked Raspberry ink before adding the silver accents.

I have created a pretty lacy frame for the patchworked dies using the Amazing Paper Grace Square Elegant Twist Etched Dies and Amazing Paper Grace Square Picot Petite Etched Dies in a combination of white and gold to tie in with the gold and white quilting.

A Time to Coast Happy Birthday

Kia ora Koutou

I had so much fun with this set and I love how I got so many different looks with the one stamp set. My Project

For my card I have created a shaped base card using the Amazing Paper Grace Postage Edges Etched Dies and then die cut the foiled and stenciled image from Pink Fresh Studio – Stained Glass using the inner edge die from the same die set. I have ink blended the background on a spare piece of paper and then stamped the images from the Gina K Time to Coast stamp set. I have die cut the frame using the Amazing Paper Grace Rectangle Fluted Classic Etched Dies and adhered it over the inked and stamped image with some foam tape.

Kia ora Koutou

A very happy Valentine’s Day to you all. Today I have a Triple Point Valentine’s Day card that I have made using the Heartfelt Creations Friendship Rose collection and some painted flowers from the Heartfelt Creations Wedding Rose stamp and die set. This card would be great for a wedding as well. I had started this card when I was creating my samples for the Friendship Rose collection but I ran out of ideas to finish it at the time and finally finished it today. I had already coloured the rose wreath so I was able to use it today with the Decorative Heart die.

For the instructions on how I have made this card please visit here:

I have die cut two extra wreaths out of Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper and stacked them together and added the painted image at the top for extra depth and dimension to the image.

‘Say Cheese’ Amazing Paper Grace 3D Vignette – Twin Lens

I have another card to share with you featuring the Amazing Paper Grace 3D Vignette – Twin Lens Etched Dies by Becca Feeken. This die is part of the 3D Vignette Collection that was released late last year and so retro! I love these dies as they can be used in so many different ways. You can make a 3D Vignette that is interactive and will fit in a standart 5″ x 7 envelope, or you can put them on a card front. I have used blues, black and silver in this 3D Vignette and the inside pull out cards are white and can be used to put photos or special notes and sentiments to personalise this very special gift. And a big bonus with this set is that it has a beautiful flower and leaf die so I did not need any other dies to complete this card.

Dies were provided by Amazing Paper Grace for today’s creations.

My Project:

I have created a 3D vignette following the instructions with this die set using a black base to add pale blue and blue accents to bring the camera alive. I have used silver to highlight the lens, cord holder and the knobs. The flowers have been made using a 160 Ib flower shaping paper and the leaves are from green cardstock. I have die cut the words into the pull out cards and left them blank at this stage to personalise later.

Enjoy The Ride

Kia Ora Koutou

I have another birthday card to share with you today. I really love using my Amazing Paper Grace Die of the Month dies as they are so versatile for many occasions. My brother-in-law loves VW Beetles and owns one so I thought the Amazing Paper Grace June 22 Die of the Month – Pop Up 3D Vignette Road Trip looked just like a VW Beetle. What do you think? I was so thrilled at how this card turned out and it did not take me very long at all!

My Project:

I have created a shaped card using the Amazing Paper Grace Postage Edge dies in silver cardstock. I have then hot foiled a background using the Spellbinders Crossed Lines Glimmer Plate on light blue cardstock and die cut it using the stitched frame in the Amazing Paper Grace Postage Edge die set. I made a silver frame from the Amazing Paper Grace Fluted Classics die set to add a focus to the card. I added the car front to the card at an angle to create a sense of movement. To finish the card I decorated it with flowers from the Spellbinders Be Bold Blooms die set.
