Welcome back

I am sorry I have not been posting lately, but I have not been very well and not been able to do much crafting which is frustrating.  However, I did manage to make a couple of cards yesterday which I was pleased about.

I have just received a shipment from Spellbinders of a range of dies and embossing folders.  Spellbinders have a lovely range of embossing folders that coordinate with their nestabilities dies including this Framed Labels Eighteen.  I love this folder because of the different textures in it.  I have paired this embossed cardstock with some lovely flowers from Heartfelt Creations Vintage Floret and Delightful Daisies ranges.  Note to self – it is not really a good idea to use a hot glue gun when your hands are shaking a little.  However, the flowers turned out well.  I have rubbed some Cosmic Shimmer Blush over the roses but it is hard to see in the photo.

I do apologise for the quality of the photos – they were taken very quickly with my phone last night.

Some Masculine Cards

Welcome back

This week I am featuring some masculine cards that I have made using the Heartfelt Creations Under the Sea paper collection.  I am using these as samples in my upcoming cardmaking workshop at Gift Hutt on July 24th along with the cards that I have made using the Heartfelt Creations Italiana Riveria paper collection featured here.

I have used the lovely images in the paper collection and die cut them to make these very quick and easy cards.  Note to self – use a bit more glitter on the shaker card!
