Pretty in Pink

Just a very quick post today as I am still in the process unpacking my house and really should not be doing this post, but I can’t help myself.

I am enjoying branching out into different product ranges and came across this beautiful pearlised paper from Christina Re with stripes on one side and a damask pattern on the other side.  These make a great combination and I made a card and put it in the window of Gift Hutt as a work in progress and sold it within a day.  I didn’t have time to even take a photo of it which I usually do.

So I had some more papers and made another card using the stunning papers and some pearlised card stock I got from the local paper merchant.  I have embellished with lace and ribbons from my still considerable stash and finished off with the gorgeous lacy die from the Heartfelt Creations Raindrops on Roses die set and the lovely Ariana Blooms flowers done in vellum.

Loving SVGcuts

Welcome back

I just have a very quick post today as I am moving house this week and haven’t had much of a chance to do any crafting.  I have another box card that I have made using a SVG cut from svgcuts.com.  I have already sold one of my box cards from last week so I got the Cricut Explore out to make this lovely box card that is perfect for Mothers Day or birthdays.

Getting all Boxy

Welcome back

I have now got a Cricut Explore and I am wondering why I didn’t get one a lot earlier.  It is so much easier to use and much quieter as well.  I am really enjoying using Design Space as well to plan my projects.

I am getting ready for an Easter display at Gift Hutt and saw these lovely spring and Easter themed SVGs on svgcuts.com that I thought would be perfect to make for a display.
