Instructions:
Cut a piece of white cardstock 10” x 7”, score at 5” along the long side and fold to create a base card of 5” x 7”. Cut a piece of blush cardstock 5” x 7” and adhere to the front of the card. Cut a piece of white cardstock 4 15/16” x 6 15/16” and die cut the circle slightly off centre at the top of the card as shown using the largest plain die from the HCD1-7153 Eyelet Circle & Basics – Small Die set. Emboss partially with the Swiss Dots embossing folder and score the bottom half every 1/16” using the ScorPal board. Cut a piece of white cardstock 4 ¾” x 5”. Add Ultrafine Crystal glitter to some gloss gel and then stencil on the white card. When dry add to the back of the embossed card with foam tape. Die cut a circle frame using the eyelet and largest plain edge die from the HCD1-7153 Eyelet Circle & Basics – Small Die set out of white cardstock. Add Frosting Powder to the frame using spray adhesive and adhere the frame to the circle opening. Adhere this to the front of the card using foam tape.
Die cut the long eyelet tag from the HCD1-7201 Ticket and Tags Die set out of Blush cardstock. Die cut the inner long tag out of white cardstock from the HCD1-7201 Ticket and Tags Die set and adhere to the blush eyelet tag. Die cut the lace edge from the HCD1-7161 Sweetheart Borders set out of white cardstock and add Frosting Powder using spray adhesive. Adhere under one edge of the long eyelet tag and then adhere the entire tag over the join of the embossing on the card.
Die cut the outer round tag die from the HCD1-7203 Ornamental Tags Die set out of Blush cardstock. Die cut the inner Best Wishes sentiment from the HCD1-7203 Ornamental Tags Die set out of white cardstock. Add Frosting Powder to the die using spray adhesive and then adhere to the pink base. Adhere to the centre of the long eyelet border as shown. Add a pale pink ribbon bow to the top of the tag.
Stamp the flower images from the HCPC-3533 Sun Kissed Fleur Cling Stamp Set in Frost White ink on the vellum and heat emboss with the white Opaque embossing powder. Colour the flowers with Spun Sugar ink and the leaves with Olive Pastel inks on the front of the embossed vellum. Die cut with the coordinating die, spritz with water on the back and shape using groove golf tools. Assemble with a hot glue gun when dry and pierce a hole in the centres of the flowers. Insert one white bead stamen and white rock candy stamens and set with a hot glue gun. Add Ultrafine Crystal Glitter to the flowers with Dries Clear glitter on a dry sponge. Adhere around the circle as shown with a hot glue gun.
To finish, add translucent sparkling sequins to the centre of the circle as shown.
