Instructions:

Cut a piece of 12” x 6” card, score at 6” along the long side and using the outer die from the HCD1-7284 Rounded Scallop Window Die set die cut the cut base by leaving the die slightly over the edge of the fold for the hinge. Die cut a large circle using the outer die out of white cardstock. Die cut the inner semi-circles out of the centre using the semi-circle dies from the HCD1-7284 Rounded Scallop Window Die. Sponge the edge with French Ultramarine ink and add Frosting Powder with spray adhesive. Adhere the frame to the base card with foam tape.

Die cut two plain semi-circles out of the patterned paper and adhere to the cut out semi-circles of the base card. Die cut the two semi-circular decorative dies out of white cardstock. Add Frosting Powder with spray adhesive. Add clear cardstock to the window die and adhere to the top half of the card with foam tape. Adhere the eyelet die to the bottom half.

Stamp the small hydrangea images from the the HCPC-3901 Fresh Cut Hydrangea Stamp in Jet Black ink on Iris cardstock. Colour with Zig Clean Colour Brush Markers and die cut with the coordinating die. Shape and adhere to the bottom of the card with foam tape for dimension.

Stamp the hydrangea images from the HCPC-3900 Cottage Garden Hydrangea Stamp set in Violet ink on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper. Colour the images in with Vivid Chartreuse and Magenta Hue inks and die cut with the coordinating dies. Sponge the edges with Cactus Flower ink and the backs of the flowers with Magenta Hue ink. Shape using the coordinating mold and add Crystal Clear glitter using Dries Clear glue on a damp sponge. Add Lettuce Entertain You Prills to the centres and add to the flowers as shown.
