Let’s Celebrate

Kia Ora Koutou

Welcome back and today I am sharing a card made using some gorgeous dies and flowers from Heartfelt Creations.

I have mixed the new Rounded Lattice Dies from the Black Friday 2019 release with the Swirly Border and Accents die for a lovely wedding card or for any celebration.  I have added a Flowering Dogwood with some Oakberry Lane Blossoms to finish this card.

I hope that I have inspired you to use your dies more creatively.

Pearls and Roses

Kia Ora Koutou

Welcome back and today I want to share a card that I have made recently.  I have been wanting to make this card for several years and finally got round to doing one.  It is not perfect but I now have the measurements to do it again.  For instructions on how to make the basic card please visit YouTube here.

I have cut the base card 5 1/2″ x 8″ as the original measurements were for a different Heartfelt Creations die which is no longer available.  I have used the corner die from the Heartfelt Creations Create A Frame Leafy Border set.  The stitch border is from the Heartfelt Creations Ornate Pocket Accents Die and I have used a Crafter’s Companion embossing folder – Rambling Rose.

The flowers are:

Heartfelt Creations – Classic Rose and Flowering Dogwood.

The Flowering Dogwoods have been made from vellum and I have coloured with Nuvo Embellishment Mousse – Platinum and I have shaped them using the Oakberry Lane shaping mold.
