I started this card a while ago and it did not look right so I put it to one side for a while and then came back to it to finish it off. I love creating flowers using the Honey Bee Stamps Lovely Layers dies and after creating my base with Amazing Paper Grace dies and patterned paper from Mintay I added a riot of flowers and foliage from different Lovely Layers sets to create a paper flower garden. A garden would not be complete without birds and bees and and so I have added a couple of birds and a bee to finish this floral birthday card. Somehow all the colours seemed to work together an is reminiscent of a English country garden fill of wildflowers.

I was recently asked to make a birthday card for someone who loves alsatian and bichon frise dogs and off course flowers. So I pulled out a mix of different brands to make the flowers and background which worked well together to create a wonderful garden for the dogs. I purchased the dog images from Etsy and printed them on watercolour paper and fussy cutting them to add to the card. The recipient of the card was thrilled with it.
I have my first entry for this month’s Pink Fresh Studio Monthly Challenge for June 2024. This month the challenge is to create an ombre or gradient element and the ink colours are Waterfall, Slumber, Sparkling Rose, Mimosa, Lemon Whip & Soft Lilac.
For my card I have really embraced the gorgeous rainbow colours on both the flowers and card base by creating rainbow coloured roses and a hot foiled rainbow coloured panel using the new Pink Fresh Studio Diagonal Plaid BetterPress Plate on the background of the card.
My Project
For my card I have made a top folding 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ card out of white cardstock. I then cut another piece of white cardstock the same size and used the Pink Fresh Studio Diagonal Plaid BetterPress plate to emboss this card without colour using my Spellbinders Platinum machine. This embossed panel was then added to the front of the card base.
I then hot foiled another piece of white cardstock using Spellbinders Opal foil which acted as a type of resist and then created a rainbow effect by using all the inks in this challenge. I trimmed a piece of this rainbow card to 5 1/2″ x 1 1/2″. I die cut the decorative edge from white cardstock using the Pink Fresh Studio Lacey Edges 1 die set and adhered this behind the rainbow strip. This panel was then added to the left side of the card. I finished this edge by adding a very thin strip of white cardstock along the edge with the lace edge.
I stamped the rose image from the Pink Fresh Studio Garden Roses set using VersaMark ink and heat embossed with gold embossing Powder. I then coloured the roses in a rainbow effect using the stencil and the challenge inks. I die cut this image out and then stacked the die with another 3 plain dies withe the coloured image on top before adding to the front of the card.
I hot foiled the sentiment from the Pink Fresh Studio Wonderful Sentiments Hot Foil Plate in gold foil and die cut it with the coordinating die. I stacked two plain dies with the foiled sentiment on top and added it to the bottom left of the card over the roses.
I hot foiled the butterflies from the Pink Fresh Studio Small Butterflies Hot Foil Plate in Matte Gold foil and coloured them with Mimosa and Sparkling Rose inks before die cutting with the coordinating die. I added a butterfly using foam squares under the wings.
To finish the card I have added Glacier Jewels around the sentiment and flowers.

My Project
For my card I have made a top folding 5″ x 7″ base card out of white cardstock. I then added some gold cardstock to the front and layered some ivory pearl card over it after scoring two lines on each side 1/8″ apart.
I die cut to outer decorative frames from the Amazing Paper Grace Die of the Month July 2020 Fanfare Elegant Rectangles Etched Dies – one from ivory pearl card and one from gold card. I trimmed the gold frame in half and added it behind the ivory frame and then adhered it to the front of the card.
I die cut 8 medallions from the same die set out of ivory pearl card and trimmed 6 of them in half. These motifs are designed to be trimmed and can be slotted on to edges for a decorative finish. I added four flourishes to each corner of the card and then added a lacy decorative edge to each side of the inner cut out and I then added the 6 lacy edges around the inner cut out and adhered the pretty lace edged inner cut out to the centre of the frame with foam tape.
I die cut an oval frame out of ivory pearl card using the small oval dies from the Amazing Paper Grace Fluted Classics Oval Etched Dies and added the frame to the centre of the inner panel with foam tape and the inner oval to the centre of the frame.
I die cut the leaves out of light green cardstock using the leaf dies from the Amazing Paper Grace Cinch and Go Flowers III Etched Dies and trimmed them to add to the top left and bottom right of the oval frames. I die cut small leaves from the Amazing Paper Grace Spring Label Motif Etched Dies out of gold glitter cardstock and added them around the green leaves.
I die cut the flowers from the Amazing Paper Grace Die of the Month July 2020 Fanfare Elegant Rectangles Etched Dies out of soft flower shaping paper. These were coloured with pink, yellow and blue inks, shaped and assembled with wire pollens. The wires were trimmed and the flowers were added over the tleaves.
I die cut the butterfly from the Amazing Paper Grace Summer Label Motif Etched Dies using the ivory pearl card and yellow pearl card with the body made from gold glitter cardstock. The butterfly was assembled and added to the bottom of the fluted classic frame.

I was recently asked to do a birthday card for my husband’s boss and the brief was that the recipient loved fashion. I purchased some gorgeous fashion related papers and ephemera and teamed it up with the Amazing Paper Grace Victoriana Crest Dies to create a very romantic, shabby chic birthday card. I have also used just one floral die set – the Amazing Paper Grace Candlewick Rosebud Etched Dies to create three different flowers which were the aged using Perfect Pearls to further enhance the shabby chic feel of the card.
Dies were provided by Amazing Paper Grace for today’s creations.
My Project
I created a side folding 5″ x 7″ base card out of white cardstock. I layered rose pink cardstock, floral paper, ivory pearl paper and striped paper to create the background to the embellishments.
I die cut the large decorative frame from the Amazing Paper Grace Victoriana Crest Etched Dies out of rose pink cardstock and embossed it for more depth and dimension. I then added this to the front of the card using foam tape. I then die cut two inner floral frames from the same die set out of ivory pearl paper, stacked them together and them added it to the inside of the frame.
I fussy cut the elements from the Mintay Her Story Paper and added them to the inside left of the frame using foam tape to add more dimension to some of the images.
I die cut the leaves from the Amazing Paper Grace Candlewick Rosebud Etched dies out of soft flower shaping paper and coloured them with Sage and Eucalyptus inks to tie in with the colours on the pattern paper. These were spritzed lightly before shaping and when dry were added to the bottom left of the frame over the ephemera.
I die cut the rose petals using the Amazing Paper Grace Candlewick Rosebud Etched dies out of soft flower shaping paper. I coloured the roses using Coral Berry and Lemon Whip inks before spritzing them, shaping and assembling. into two roses. The small rose petals were coloured with Ballet Slipper, Strawberry and Grapevine inks and the small pale pink flowers were coloured with Lemon Whip and Cherry Blossom inks. I used wire pollens for the centres of the small flowers. When the flowers were assembled I added Copper, Bronze, and Pearl Perfect Pearls to the flowers using a water brush to get the antique look I was after. Once all the flowers were assembled and completely dry I added them over the leaves.
I then added more floral and foliage ephemera from the pattern paper around the flowers and leaves.
I stamped the sentiment from the amazing Paper Grace Lyrical Layers Clear Stamp and Die set on ivory pearl paper with Wow embossing ink and heat embossed it with Rose Gold Embossing Powder. I die cut the sentiment out using the coordinating die and another couple of plain dies. These were stacked together with the sentiment on top and then added to the card as shown.
To finish my card I added pearls to the outer and inner decorative frames and on the chair.

Dies were provided by Amazing Paper Grace for today’s creations.
My Project
To make my card I have created a side folding 5″ x 7″ base card out of cream cardstock. I added a layer of rose pearl card and another layer of pink pearl paper that I had scored every 1/8″ for some texture.
Using the outer shadow die I die cut a shadow out of pink pearl paper which I then embossed with the inner decorative die. I die cut two decorative dies from the Amazing Paper Grace Die of the Month August 2019 Elegant Knots Etched Dies – one from rose pearl card and one from rose glitter card. I trimmed the glitter die in half and then adhered the rose die over the glitter die slightly offsetting the glitter die. This was then added to the embossed shadow die before adhering to the front of the card.
I wrapped some pink/gold silk ribbon to the centre of the dies.
I then die cut the layers for the centre using the large and medium dies from the Amazing Paper Grace Elegant twist Ovals Etched Dies alternating the rose pearl card and the rose glitter cad. I added the top layer using foam tape.
I hot foiled the sentiment to the pink pearl paper using Rose Gold Foil and die cut the sentiment using the coordinating die. I die cut another plain die from the rose card and adhered the sentiment to this before adding to the middle of the oval dies.
I die cut the leaves from the Amazing Paper Grace Sweet Cottage Flowers dies out of light green cardstock and inked the leaves with green ink to create shape and dimension. The leaves were then added to the left side of the oval.
I die cut small leaves out of light green cardstock from the Amazing Paper Grace Spring Label Motif Etched Dies and added them around the bigger leaves.
I die cut the flourish from the Amazing Paper Grace Candlewick Rosebud dies out of rose gold glitter cardstock and adhered it over the leaves.
I die cut the flowers out of flower shaping paper using the dies from the Amazing Paper Grace Grand Cinch and Go Flowers dies. I coloured these with pink inks and sprayed them with Glimmer Mist. The flowers were then shaped and assembled when dry with two of one size petals and one smaller petal. I used brown wire stamens in the centres. I die cut the sepals out of green cardstock and inked the edges with green ink before adding them to the base of the flowers. The wires were trimmed and the flowers added over the top of the leaves.
I die cut the smaller flowers out of flower shaping paper using the dies from the Amazing Paper Grace Petite Floral Potpourri Etched Dies. These were coloured with pink and peach inks and sprayed with Glimmer Mist. Once dry these were shaped and I added some yellow pearl stamens to the centres. I then added the small flowers around the leaves and larger flowers.
To finish the card I made a bow out of the pink and gold ribbon and added it to the right side of the oval and added a rose coloured pearl to the centre.

Today I have a very special Mother’s Day gatefold card to share with you made using the Amazing Paper Grace Die of the Month February 2019 – Enchantment Tall Flip and Gatefold Card Dies. What a stunning die this is and this is a companion to the Amazing Paper Grace Die of the Month December 2018 Softly Spoke’n Flip and Gatefold Dies in that these dies can be used to make gift baskets, boxes, gatefold cards and so much more. And I loved this colour combination of cream, rose gold and pink and felt that it was perfect for a very special elegant Mother’s Day card.
Dies were provided by Amazing Paper Grace for today’s creations.
My Project
For my project I have die cut two side panels out of cream pearl card using only the outline dies and the small triangular inserts on both sides. The left side I also die cut the small aperture out while on the right side I did not die cut the aperture out. I added an extra 1/2″ on one side of each panel which I scored along 1/2″. I added a small strip of pink pearl card behind the small decorative triangles and then folded over each side and adhered the two sides together.
Inside Back of Card
I cut a piece of cream cardstock 5″ x 7″ and glued the 1/2″ flap of the panels to each side of this card. I cut another piece of cream cardstock 5″ x 7″ and adhered it over the base hiding the strips. For the inside of the card I have cut a piece of cream pearl card 4 7/8″ x 6 7/8″ and added it to the inside back. I then cut a piece of rose pearl card 4 1/2″ x 6 1/2″ and added it to the inside back. I then added another piece of cream pearl card slightly smaller over the rose card. I die cut a rectangle out of rose gold card using the medium Amazing Paper Grace Hemstitch Rectangles Dies and cut another plain rectangle out of pink pearl card which was adhered behind the decorative rectangle. I die cut a medium rectangle using the Amazing Paper Grace Picot Petite Rectangle dies and added it to the front of the panel. I cut a small rectangle from the Hemstitch Rectangles die out of cream cardstock and adhered this to the front of the pink panel. I die cut two decorative panels from the Amazing Paper Grace Die of the Month February 2019 – Enchantment Tall Flip and Gatefold Card Dies out of the rose gold pearl card and trimmed them down to added behind the rectangle panel. These were all adhered to the inside back of the card. I die cut the sentiment from the Amazing Paper Grace Merry Everything Words Dies out of the rose gold pearl card and adhered it to the centre of the panel.
Front of Card
For the front of the card I die cut two large decorative panels out of rose gold cardstock and two shadow dies out of pink pearl card and added these together and adhered them to both sides of the card. I die cut an extra four ‘handles’ from the base die out of rose gold card and added them to the front and back of the panels for extra strength.
I stamped the sentiment from the Heartfelt Creations Occasion Sentiments Stamp Set on pink pearl cardstock in Wow Embossing ink and embossed it with Rose Gold Embossing Powder. This was then die cut using the small rectangle die and added to the right side of the card as shown.
I made a full bow out of pink and gold silk ribbon and adhered it to the bottom left of the card front.
I die cut the flowers out from the Enchantment Tall Flip and Gatefold Card Die set out of flower shaping cardstock and coloured them with yellow and pink inks. These were then shaped and assembled using one of each size petal. I added a rose gold pearl to the centre of each flower and added a flower to the bow and three flowers to the top right side of the card.
I die cut the leaves from the Amazing Paper Grace Summer Label Motif Dies out of white cardstock and blended green ink to create realistic looking leaves. These leaves were added around the flowers as shown.
To finish I made a beautiful butterfly from the Summer Label Motif Dies out of pink, cream and rose gold pearl card and added it to the top right of the card.

I am getting low on get well cards and used my recently purchased Pink Fresh Studio Peony Fantasy stamp, die, hot foil plate and coordinating stencils to create a pretty, colourful and floral get well card. Pink and gold make a gorgeous combination and here I have used the Pink Fresh Studio Gold Glitter card to highlight the lacy edge dies and also the Pink Fresh Studio Stained Glass Die background. I have also gold embossed the flowers to coordinate with the gold accents and gold embossed sentiment. I am sure that this card will cheer anyone up.

I have been a huge fan of Becca Feeken since she first started Amazing Paper Grace and I have absolutely loved her intricate and decorative designs that can be used in so many ways. The Amazing Paper Grace September 2019 Die of the Month – Snip It Flowers is one of these dies that can be used in so many ways and I know that I will be using this die a LOT! I love the floral motifs that can be snipped to create lots of different designs and here I have created a small square with the die and framed them with the newer Picot Petite Square and Fluted Classic Square dies for an elegant, timeless and classic design. Of course I had to add some flowers, butterflies and pearls to finish the card.
Dies were provided by Amazing Paper Grace for today’s creations.
My Project
For my card I have made a 5 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ top folding card base out of heavy white cardstock. I then added a layer of gold, ivory and blue cardstock. I cut another piece of ivory and blue cardstock and layered them together and added this to the front of the card with fun foam. I die cut two panels of the Snip It Flowers out of ivory cardstock and trimmed one die to 9 flowers. I then trimmed the flowers only of the second die and adhered them to the complete die for a little more dimension. This was then added to the front of the blue square. I die cut the larger floral motif out of blue cardstock and the smaller floral motif out of ivory cardstock and layered them to the centre of the flowers.
I die cut the large square frame from the Picot Petite Square dies out of gold cardstock and then added the large square frame die cut from the large Fluted Classic Square dies out of ivory cardstock. The whole frame was then added to the front of the decorative dies with foam tape.
I stamped the sentiment from the All Occasions Sentiments Stamp in Wow embossing ink on vellum and heat embossed it with fine detail gold embossing powder. I die cut this out using the banner die from the Just a Note Sentiments Tag Clear Stamp and Die Set and adhered this to the centre of the card at each end only and added a pearl to each end to hide the glue.
I die cut the leaf flourish from the My Sweet Friend die set out of light green cardstock, trimmed it and added it around the right side of the sentiment. I die cut small flowers using the dies from the Petite Floral Potpourri die set and coloured them with pink, yellow and blue inks. These were shaped and I added some wire pollen stamens to the centre. I trimmed the wires and added the flowers over the leaves and around the sentiment as shown.
To finish I added two butterflies from the Butterfly Garden Shutter set made from ivory, blue, black and gold cardstocks and white pearls to the centre of the flowers on the background die.
Welcome back and today I have another card to share with you today that I made for the Pink Fresh Studio March 2024 Challenge. The challenge for this month was to use frames and the Pink Fresh Studio inks – Mango Sorbet/Fruit Punch, Sunkissed, Sweet Mustard, Eucalyptus, and Ocean Breeze.
For my card I have used the Fancy Circles frames for the frame component and I have used all the inks to colour in the Pink Fresh Studio Nothing But the Best image using the coordinating stencils. I am enjoying these challenges because it makes me use different colour combinations to what I normally use like the pink inks.
To make my card I have made a top folding 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ card out of white cardstock. I cut a piece of lighter weight white cardstock and die cut it using the Pink Fresh Studio Sparkling Diamonds Cover Plate and this was added to the front of the card. I die cut two large frames using the Pink Fresh Studio Fancy Circles Frames dies out of white cardstock and stacked them together. I adhered the frame to the front of the card slightly lower than centre using foam tape. I then added one of the extra circles to the inside of the frame.
I stamped the image from the Pink Fresh Studio Nothing But the Best Stamp set on Neenah Solar Crest 80 Ib in Tuxedo ink. I coloured the images with the Challenge inks using the coordinating stencils and then die cut the image. I die cut another plain die and added the coloured image to the top and adhered it to the top half of the circle using foam tape for added dimension and strength.
To complete my card I stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set in Tuxedo ink on white cardstock and die cut it with the coordinating die. I die cut two extra plain sentiments and stacked the three dies together with the stamped sentiment on top. This was glued to the inside the frame at the base of the circle. Then I added some blue jewels around the sentiment and flowers.
