Today I would like to share with you these cards which features the January 2015 Stamp of the Month This Moment available exclusively throughout January  for $33 or for just $5 when you spend $75.

I think this stamp set would be a great set for a Valentine or Wedding layout but I didn’t have any suitable photos so I did some cards instead and used the new Heartstrings paper from the Seasonal Expression catalogue as the stamps and papers went so well together.

For this card I have used a combination of Lagoon and Cranberry cardstock with the Heartstrings paper.  For the target I have cut out the outer two shapes with the Art Philosophy cartridge and and then stamped the image again on scrap paper – twice with Cranberry ink and once with Whisper.  I then trimmed them and layered them to create an multicoloured target.  The arrows on the trim have been stamped using Whisper ink on Lagoon cardstock.  The other arrow and the Straight from the heart sentiment have been stamped on scrap White Daisy cardstock and then fussy cut out.  A very quick and easy card to make.

I was really needing some inspiration to get started today so I looked to my Make if From Your Heart Volume 1 and found it with pattern 27.  I have used the lovely floral patterned paper and the script paper again from the Heartstrings papers.  The images have been stamped with a combination of Cranberry and Whisper. and I have matted the sentiment with Whisper and Cranberry cardstock.  The heart and Straight from the heart has been stamped in Cranberry ink and then fussy cut out.

Finally a very quick card utilising the lovely Heartstrings paper.  I have just placed a matched matted trim across the paper and stamped a simple hello and matted it on Cranberry cardstock and finished with a pink bow left over from the Ariana Assortments from the last Ideas Book.
