Cut a 6” x 6” panel from the patterned paper collection and using the cutting edge die from the HCD1-7119 Classic Border Basics die set cut the bottom and top of the paper. Adhere the bottom and top edges to the base card. Die cut the circle out of the centre of the paper with the third largest die from the HCD1-7154 Eyelet Circle Basics Small die set.
Stamp the image from the HCPC-3837 Snowy Pine Village stamp set in Jet Black ink on Bristol Smooth cardstock and colour in with Zig Clean Colour Brush Markers before die cutting with the coordinating die. Add snow with Dries White glue and sprinkle with Ultrafine Crystal glitter. Cut a small circle using the third largest circle die from the HCD1-7154 Eyelet Circle Basics Small die set from blue patterned paper and adhere behind the coloured image. Using the front of the paper as a template adhere the image to the base card.
Add foam tape in a square around the image making sure there are no gaps for glitter to escape. Add foam tape around the edge of the card.
Add Frosting Powder to the centre over the coloured image before adhering the front panel to the card front.
Die cut two eyelet edges using the straight edge and eyelet edge dies from the HCD1-7119 Classic Border Basics Die set from the green paper and adhere to the top and bottom edges of the top paper. Adhere this to the top of the card. Die cut the green eyelet frame from the HCD1-7154 Eyelet Circle Basics Small die set and cut a smaller frame using blue paper using the next two sizes down dies and adhere to the top of the circle.
