Sunworshipping Sox.jpg

Today I took lots of photos of flowers and my cat and this photo was the best of the bunch. I have done no editing or cropping with this photo. He is hard to capture at times as he senses when I have a camera in my hand and keeps moving around. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do.

Dandelion seedhead_0003.jpg

I am very pleased with how this photo turned out despite my lovely cat trying to walk in front of the dandelion and brushing all the seeds away. This photograph seems to have an otherworldly feel to it. I love macro photography and am constantly looking to get more out of my camera. My aim this year is to go manual with the camera so I can get more results that I am happy with.
Happy snapping

Pink and Black Music Digital Layout

Welcome back.

I am still working on the digital chic theme and this time I have used music as my theme.  I love the combination of pink and black and I have put in my own flower photos.  All the embellishments on this layout is free including the background paper from http://freevintagedigistamps.blogspot.co.uk.  There are lovely vintage papers and ephemera on this site and free to download.

Time for Easter

Hello again.

I would like to thank everyone for their feedback on my blog.  It is gratifying to know that I am on the right track and people are enjoying my writing.

Unfortunately, my creative brain has gone missing in action for the last week or so, but I have managed to do a couple of Easter Cards using the Classic Stickers – Easter and easel cards.  I managed to get to my Crafty Angels group on Thursday and teach some of my friends how to do these cards and they were very pleased with the results.  They are so easy to make and I love the Classic Stickers.

?????????????????????????????????? ??????????????????????

The top card is inspired by one that is on the Creative Memories Website, but the bottom card is an original design.

Materials used:

Cardstock – Green Apple
Cardstock – Yellow
Cardstock – Cloud
Enchanted Embossed white Card
White cardstock that came with the side loading 8 x 8 sleeves.
Custom Cutting System – oval
Border Maker System – Twinkle Chain
Classic Stickers – Easter
StoryBook Creator 4.0 – Freebie sentiment

Happy Crafting
