Instructions:

Cut a piece of white cardstock 12″ x 6″, score at 6″ along the long side and fold to create a base card of 6″ x 6″. Cut a 6″ x 6″ panel from the patterned paper and die cut the inner circle out with the largest plain die from the HCD1-7154 Eyelet Circle & Basics Die set. Die cut the eyelet edge using the eyelet circle die from the HCD1-7154 Eyelet Circle & Basics Die set and adhere to the back of the inner circle. Add this to the base card with foam tape. Die cut a frame from the HCD1-7179 Butterfly Kisses Decorative Dies in both white cardstock and purple patterned paper. Trim the corners and adhere the purple paper to the white cardstock die cuts and then adhere to the four inner corners as shown.

Stamp two vase and flower images from the HCPC-3863 Burst of Spring Stamp in Jet Black ink on watercolour card. Colour with Gansai Tambi watercolour paints and die cut with the coordinating die. Cut the extra flower from the spare image and adhere to the flower on the first image. Add the 3D Crystal Lacquer to the vase and allow to dry. Add Cyrstal Clear glitter to the flowers with Dries Clear glue on a fairly dry sponge. Shape the vase and adhere to the front of the card as shown.

Stamp the left side and right side pansy spray images from the HCPC-3864 Delicate Pansy Spray set in StazOn Jet Black ink and colour with the Gansai Tambi water colour paints and die cut with the coordinating die. Shape and add Crystal Clear glitter to the image with a fairly dry sponge. Trim and add to the right and left sides at the base of the vase. Add a small trimmed spray to the top left of the card.

Stamp the flower images from the HCPC-3862 Cherry Pansy Stamp set in Pretty Petunia on Iris cardstock. Colour the light purple flowers with Pretty Petunia and colour the dark area with Pretty Petunia with a Fantastix pen. Die cut using the coordinating die and colour the flowers on the back with Pretty Petunia ink. Shape using the coordinating mold and assemble when dry. Add Crystal Clear glitter to the flowers with Dries Clear glue on a damp sponge and Lemon Chiffon Prills to the centres of the flowers. Adhere over the pansy image on the bottom right and the pansy spray on the top left as shown.

Stamp the leaf images from the HCPC-3862 Cherry Pansy Stamp set in Library Green ink on Iris cardstock. Colour with Leaf Green and Olive inks and die cut with the coordinating dies. Colour the backs with Leaf Green ink. Shape using the coordinating molds and add Crystal Clear glitter to the leaves with Dries Clear glue on a damp sponge. Add around the pansies on the top left of the card.

Die cut the small tag using the tag die from the HCD1-7201 Ticket and Tags Die set and adhere under the spray of flowers on the top left of the card.
