Instructions:

Cut a piece of Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper 12” x 6”, score at 6” along the long side and fold to create a base card 6” x 6”. Cut a piece of silver cardstock 6” x 6” and adhere to the front of the card. Cut a piece of pink patterned paper 5 7/8” x 5 7/8” and adhere to the front of the card. Die cut the decorative die using the No. 2 die from the HCD1-7283 Courtyard Elegance Die set and the decorative inner dies from the HCD1-7281 Stairway Gardens Die set out of silver cardstock and adhere to the front of the card.

Die cut two background dies from the HCD1-7319 Elegant Especially for You Die set – one out of white cardstock and one out of Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper. Sponge the edge of the white cardstock with Pretty Petunia and Lilac Posies ink and add Frosting Powder using spray adhesive. Adhere this to the plain background die.

Stamp the Especially For You sentiment from the HCPC-3934 Elegant Especially for You Cling Stamp Set in embossing ink on white cardstock and heat emboss with Silver Tinsel embossing powder. Die cut with the coordinating sentiment die and then die cut another sentiment die out of Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper. Adhere the embossed sentiment to the plain die and then adhere to the background die. Adhere to the front of the card as shown.

Stamp the leaf images from the HCPC-3887 Wild Asters Stamp in Library Green ink on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper. Colour with Vivid Chartreuse and Mowed Lawn inks and die cut with the coordinating die. Colour the edges with Lilac Posies ink and on the backs with Vivid Chartreuse ink and then shape with the Groove Golf Tools. Add Crystal Clear with gloss gel and trim and adhere around the bottom left of the decorative sentiment as shown.

Stamp the flower images from the HCPC-3887 Wild Asters Stamp set in Pretty Petunia ink on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper. Colour the centres of the flowers with Vivid Chartreuse ink and die cut with the coordinating dies. Sponge the edges with Pretty Petunia and Lilac Posies inks and the backs of the flowers with Pretty Petunia ink. Shape using the Groove Golf Tools, assemble with two of the same size petals and pierce the centres with the pointed edge of the Groove Golf tools. Colour the white stamens with Vivid Chartreuse ink and insert through the centres of the flowers with fine wire. Fasten the stamens with Dries Clear glue and trim the threads. Adhere over the leaves as shown.

To make the buds, assemble the flowers as before but have the flowers shaping in like a cup instead of open. Stamp the small flower images from the HCPC-3887 Wild Asters Stamp in Library Green ink on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper. Colour with Vivid Chartreuse and Mowed Lawn inks and die cut with the coordinating die. Colour the backs of the flowers with Vivid Chartreuse ink and then shape using the Groove Golf tools. Pierce the centres of the green flowers and thread some florist wire and create a hook to hold it in place. Add the pink flowers to the centres and trim the florist wire. Adhere the flower bud as shown.
