Instructions:

Die cut the bustier using the pattern from here: https://creative-cuts.com/products/bustier-purse using an electronic die cutting machine from the patterned paper and the green cardstock.  Glue the patterned paper to the green cardstock and assemble according to the instructions.  Cut two pieces of green cardstock 1 ½” x 8”.  Die cut the lace edges using the edge die from HCD1-7202 Album Tags and Accents set. Cut two strips of patterned paper 8” x ½” and adhere to the straps.  Adhere the straps to the front and back of the bustier.  Add pearls to the straps to cover the edges as shown.  Add the lace around the top edge of the bustier and then add the rosette ribbon.  Die cut the eyelets from the HCD1-7201 Ticket and Tags Die set out of the green cardstock and adhere to the lace holes.  Lace the ribbon through the lace holes and tie a bow.

Stamp the rose images from HCPC-3752 Classic Rose Stamp set in Magenta Hue ink on Super White cardstock.  Colour with Magenta Hue ink and die cut with the coordinating die.   Shape using the coordinating flower shaping mold and assemble when dry.  Add Crystal Clear glitter using Dries Clear glue on a damp sponge.  Adhere the rose to the front of the bustier as shown.

Stamp the leaf image from the HCPC-3752 Classic Rose Stamp set in Library Green ink on Super White cardstock.  Colour with Leaf Green, Fern Green and Magenta Hue inks and die cut with the coordinating die.  Shape using the coordinating mold and assemble when dry.  Add Crystal Clear glitter using Dries Clear glue on a damp sponge.  Trim and adhere around the rose.

Stamp the Lilac images from HCPC-5816 Lush Lilac Stamp set in Versamark ink on vellum and emboss with white embossing powder.  Colour the flowers with Magenta Hue ink and die cut with the coordinating die.  Shape using the coordinating mold.  Pierce the centre of the flowers and thread the small gold stamens through and secure with Dries Clear glue.  Add the Diamond Sprinkles glitter using Dries Clear glue on a damp sponge.  Trim the treads and adhere around the rose as shown.
