It is Inspiration Wednesday at Heartfelt Creations and today I have two cards I have made with the Camelia Carnation collection.

Materials Used:

Pearls, Spellbinders Elegant Labels Four, Labels Four, Prismacolour Pencils

Instructions:

Cut a piece of cardstock 10” x 7”, score at 5’ along the long side, fold to create a base card 5” x 7”.  Cut a piece of pink patterned paper 5” x 7 and adhere to the card front.  Die cut the outer decorative die from the Spellbinders Elegant Four labels out of white cardstock and adhere to the front.  Die cut the next size down die out of the pink patterned paper and adhere to the front of the previous die cut.  Die cut the largest label size out of white cardstock and adhere to the front.  Die cut the decorative die from the Window Box Elements die and adhere over the label.  Stamp the sentiment from the HCPC-3354 Classic Message in Pearlescent Coral ink on white cardstock and die cut using the small label die from the HCD2-750 Cut Mat Create 1B die set.  Adhere to the card.

Stamp the image from the HCPC-3808 Fanciful Carnation stamp in Pearlescent Coral.  Sponge the image with Pearlescent Coral and Bamboo Leaves and then colour in with the Prismacolour pencils.  Shape lightly and adhere to the left side of the label.

Stamp the images from the HCPC-3806 Small Carnation Stamp set using Pearlescent Coral ink on white cardstock and die cut with the coordinating die.  Sponge the edges of the petals with the Pearlescent Coral ink and shape using the Basic Flower Shaping mold.  Assemble with two larger petals and one smaller petal in different sizes.  Pierce the centre of the flowers, select some fluffy white stamens fold them in half and pull through the centres with a scrap piece of wire.  Glue the backs and trim before adhering to the front of the fanciful carnation image as shown.

Add pearls around the card as shown.

Spellbinders Hemstitch Rectangles

Instructions:

Cut a piece of white cardstock 12” x 6”, score at 6” along the long side and fold and crease to create a base card of 6” x 6”.  Cut a 6” x 6” panel from the paper collection and adhere to the front of the card.

Die cut using the second largest edge and stitch rectangles dies from the Hemstitch Rectangles set and adhere to the card as shown.  Using the next size down edge die cut the small image from the paper collection and adhere to the front of the rectangle.

Stamp the image from the Fanciful Carnation stamp set in Pearlescent Coral.  Sponge the image with Pearlescent Coral and Bamboo Leaves and then colour in with the Prismacolour pencils.  Adhere to the left side of the label.

Stamp the images from the HCPC-3806 Small Carnation Stamp set using Pearlescent Coral ink on white cardstock and die cut with the coordinating die.  Sponge the edges of the petals with the Pearlescent Coral ink and shape using the Basic Flower Shaping mold.  Assemble the larger flowers with two larger petals and one smaller petal in different sizes. Add Frosting Powder with Dries Clear glue and heat for a frosted finish.  Trim the white glitter stamens and adhere to the centres of the flowers with Dries Clear Glue before adhering to the front of the fanciful carnation image as shown.

To make the leaves stamp the images from the HCPC-3806 Small Carnation Stamp using Bamboo Leaves ink on white cardstock.  Sponge the leaves with Lime Pastel ink and die cut with the coordinating die.  Sponge the edges with Grass Green 3D stamp paint before shaping and adhering to the card around the flowers as shown.

Add the sentiment from the paper collection to the bottom of the paper image as shown.

Add Crystal glitter to the flowers on the top right and bottom left with Dries Clear Glue
