Kia Ora and Welcome Back
It is time for Wednesday Inspiration for Heartfelt Creations, and today I am sharing a card that I have made featuring the Flowering Dogwood flowers on a pink and white embossed card. This card would be suitable for many occasions with just a change of sentiment.

Other Products- die cutting machine, Crafter’s Companion 3D Embossing Folder – Ornate Lace, Glue Gloss, Brayer, White Cardstock, Green Cardstock
Instructions – Cut a piece of white cardstock at 10” x 7”, score and crease at 5” along the long side to create a base card 5” x 7”.
Cut a piece of white cardstock 4 ¾” x 6 ¾”. Using the brayer ink the smooth side of the Ornate Lace embossing folder, add the card and emboss for a letterpress effect. Adhere to the base card.
To make the flowers stamp the dogwood flowers from the HCPC-3773 Flowering Dogwood Stamps with Pearlescent Coral ink on white cardstock. Sponge the centres with New Sprout before die cutting with the coordinating die. Ink the edges of the flowers with Pearlescent Coral and shape using the Deluxe Flower Shaping kit. Layer the larger flowers and keep the smaller flowers single. Die cut the stamens using green cardstock, roll using the quilling tip from the Deluxe Flower Shaping kit and adhere to the centre of the larger flowers using Dries Clear glue. Add Lettuce Entertain You prills to the centres of the flowers and stamens using Dries Clear Glue. Add Frosting Powder to the petals using Glue Gloss and heat for a frosted look. Adhere to the bottom left and top right of the card as shown.
To make the leaves stamp the images from the HCPC-3773 Flowering Dogwood Stamps using Bamboo Leaves ink on white cardstock. Sponge the flowers with New Sprout and then die cut using the coordinating dies. Sponge the edges with Bamboo Leaves and shape using the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit. Using Glue Gloss add Crystal Clear to the leaves and adhere around the flowers as shown.
To make the sentiment stamp the Happy Birthday from the HCPC-3785 Small Classic Petunia Stamp using Pearlescent Coral on white cardstock. Die cut using the die from the Everyday Hero die set. Adhere to the card as shown.

Other – Die cutting machine, silk foamiran, satin ribbon, Gala Glitz – Gold, Hot Glue Gun
Instructions – Cut a piece of cardstock at 12” x 6”, score and crease at 6” along the long side to create a base card of 6” x 6”. Cut a panel of 6” x 6” paper from the paper collection and adhere to the front of the card. Cut a circle using the outer die from the HCD1-7144 Decorative Medallion die set from white cardstock. Cut two patterned medallion dies from the HCD1-7144 Decorative Medallion die out of white cardstock and adhere to the top and bottom of the circle. Cover the centre with the ribbon. Adhere the oval to the card base as shown. Cut the sentiment out from the patterned paper and adhere to the left over the ribbon.
Cut another larger circle using the large circle die from the HCD1-755 Circle Basics Large dies out of the pink paper. Die cut the centre of a panel featuring pink poinsettias and holly using the small circle die from HCD1754 Eyelet Circle and Basics Small dies and adhere to the top of the pink paper. Adhere to the card base as shown.
Stamp the images from the HCPC-3680 Sparkling Poinsettia Stamp using Pearlescent Coral ink on the silk foamiran. Sponge the centres with the New Sprout ink and die cut. Sponge the edges lightly with the Pearlescent Coral ink. Shape and assemble together as shown with a hot glue gun. Add Gala Glitz to the centres with Dries Clear glue. Add to the card as shown.
