Welcome Back

Roses are my favourite flowers and I can’t get enough of the Heartfelt Classic Rose stamp and die set.  The flowers are the most realistic roses I have been able to make so far.  I have played around with lots of different colours and shapes and love them all.  Today’s card features blue roses on beautiful green papers from the Sweet Lullaby Paper Collection to make a stunning card.  I have used the lovely Spellbinders die Amazing Grace to

To make the roses I have stamped the images on white cardstock with Versamark ink and then embossed with Stampendous Aged Ivory Embossing Powder.  Before I have die cut them I have coloured in the centres with Memento summer Sky ink.  

After die cutting I first misted the die cuts lightly with water and then I shaped them using my Heartfelt Creations Deluxe Shaping Kit to make these roses.

For the leaves I have coloured with Memento Bamboo Ink and then went over the top with Viva Decor Stamp Paint Green – which gave them a lovely shimmer.

I have added some glitter on behind the Decorative Oval die cut by using Jac paper on the die cut and then putting the Decorative oval on top and then putting glitter over it.
