Hello there
Today I will be showing you how to make the Christmas tree. As you can see it is very easy to do. I have used the Enchanted range as the colours are great for Christmas.
First cut a 5 inch half circle. I have used the Creative Memories Custom Cutting large circle and the red cutter to create the shape.
- All cut out and ready to fold.
I then used my rotary trimmer to score a line about 1 1/4 inches from the edge of the paper.
I then folded the paper along that line.
Fold the corner of the paper up to align with the folded edge.
Then fold the card back along the shorter edge towards the back and in this photo you can just see the fold that I have made. Turn over the paper and there you have the finished tree to embellish as you would like. To finish off I sponged the edge of the tree with a brown ink pad and then used the Enchanted epoxy stickers to add a little bling. You can also cut a piece of brown card or paper to make the base of the tree.
I hope you have fun with this. This is a great project for children to do to make their own cards and I will be doing this at my local library on Christmas Eve for their holiday programme.

I have only just started up this blog and I have not had too many problems with spam so far. There is a spam filter with wordpress that is filtering out the spam. However, it still pays to check to make sure that I don’t miss legitimate comments. Have you tried looking up in the help section? I hope this helps?

Thank you for your kind comments. For my blog I have used WordPress and have gradually built it up and added posts. I have used a standard theme – Bouquet as my favourite colour is pink. This is the basic WordPress blog and it is free. If you would like to customize further then you can pay for this extra. It has been a lot of trial and error and I am still working on it. There are lots of tutorials to help get started as well. I hope this helps you and let me know how you are going and I can follow your blog once you get going. Kind Regards.

I have not required any special expertised to create this blog. It has been a little trial and error to get the results that I want and I have just played around with the different features on the ‘dashboard’. There are lots of tutorials with WordPress to help you get started.

Hi there. I am not sure there is much you can do with having your content being ripped off other than ensure that you have a copyright sign on all your content and watermark any original images. Then if you have the time, money and energy you can follow up with ensuring they are respecting your content.
I guess there is a lot of people out there who have no decency and integrity and will use whatever they want. I always try to acknowledge my sources, but I am happy if people use my ideas to create their own artwork – hence my instructions on how I have created my digital art etc.
